A contracture is persistent, painful muscle tightening that may follow overload, posture, stress or insufficient recovery.

What is a Muscle Weight?

A muscle strength, is the. continued involuntary contraction of a muscle and its fibers, which cause pain and a disruption of its usual functioning.
